It’s a once-in-a-century gathering celebrating 100 years of AEHL, bringing together alumni from around the world for four days of reconnection, cultural experiences, learning, and celebration.

The celebration will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 14–17 May 2026.

All EHL alumni as well as +1 guests are welcome, however all +1 must have a non-alumni ticket. 

Full pass & early bird Saturday tickets will be released in December 2025.
Regular-price Saturday Night tickets will be released after Early Bird tickets sell out.
Individual day tickets for all events will go on sale in January.

Tickets can be purchased either as a Full Pass or individually for each event.

Full Pass: access to all core events (excluding the Cultural Activities on Saturday morning).

Individual tickets: access to single events.

All tickets are available to +1 guests.

• Tickets are issued in the attendee's name and are strictly personal. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's ID at check-in. If you are taking multiple tickets, each ticket must bear the participant’s name.
• All tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
• +1 are invited!
• All guests must be 21 years old minimum
• Tickets may be exchanged with someone on the official waiting list, subject to organizer approval. Exchanges must be requested in writing to email: aehl100@ehl.ch
• Name changes or exchanges can be made up to 14 days before the event. No changes will be accepted after this deadline.

All tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.

No. Only early bird tickets will be at a discounted price.

All payments must be made in CHF.
Credit card payments through Safer Pay, Apple Pay or TWINT are accepted on EHL Connect.

Yes. VAT is included in the price of the ticket.

Yes. Discounts on flights and Thai Resorts are available. Other hotel discounts will be offered in January 2026.

May in Bangkok is hot, humid, and tropical. It’s the start of the rainy season, so you can expect:

• Temperatures: 28°C to 35°C (82°F to 95°F)
• Humidity: High
• Rain: Short, intense showers are common—usually in the afternoon or evening
• Sun: Plenty of sunshine throughout the day
• We recommend lightweight, breathable clothing, sun protection, and a small umbrella or rain jacket for sudden showers.

Thailand does not require routine vaccinations for most travellers. However please check with your local travel clinic.
