Coronavirus Update

In the light of the developing situation with the novel Coronavirus pandemic, we unfortunately have to cancel the HFE 2020 conference which was scheduled to be held on June 24-25. The organizing committee decided that the health and safety of all participants must be the priority.

This year's conference was sure to be outstanding and we are confident that next year’s edition will too be of exceptional quality and sincerely hope that you will consider the 5th edition of the HFE conference taking place on June 30th-July 1st in your plans for 2021.

We wish you all the best, and thank you for your patience and understanding during this very challenging time. We are grateful to every one that contributed to this year's edition.

Call for Papers


The Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland, invites you to submit papers to be considered for presentation at its 4th Hospitality Finance & Economics Conference. We welcome submissions from all areas related to general finance, real estate, and economics. In addition, hospitality - or tourism - focused papers are encouraged. This selective, high quality conference will ensure an informal atmosphere conducive to open and lively discussions and offer a platform for academics and practitioners alike. All papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Presenters of accepted papers agree to act as discussants.

The conference will be held at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. The school offers world-class teaching and research facilities. The city of Lausanne boasts a perfect location in the center of Europe, surrounded by vineyards, picturesque historic towns and castles, scenic Lake Geneva, as well as offers a number of renowned restaurants and hotels.
